Teen killed after visiting friend

A teen is now dead after she was stabbed in Junction, St Elizabeth, on Tuesday night.

The deceased has been identified as 16-year-old Vernadine Anderson of a Cornpiece, Haze, Clarendon, address.

Reports from the police are that Anderson was stabbed at about 9 p.m.

THE STAR gathered that the teen had gone to visit a friend.

Investigations are ongoing.
